This division of The Brewer Company manufactures and distributes products for the maintenance of asphalt pavement by professional contractors. We are the manufacturer of Brewer Cote® pavement sealer. Brewer Cote® is a high solids, 100% coal tar emulsion pavement sealer conforming to all requirements of ASTM D5727. Brewer Cote® is produced to the most stringent manufacturing and quality control standards in the industry.

In addition to pavement sealers, we also manufacture sealer additives, crack fillers and patching materials and distribute an extensive line of products for pavement maintenance professionals.

The Brewer Company is a leading supplier of traffic marking paint, striping equipment, parking lot stencils, traffic signs and parking lot layout tools. We offer a broad selection of handicap signs and stencils for ADA or DOT compliance. We are authorized distributors of Davies Imperial Coatings and Aexcel traffic marking paints and Graco striping equipment.

We carry a full line of asphalt based hot melt crack sealants and are a stocking distributor for W.R. Meadows, Inc., Right Pointe and Dura-Fill.

Cleaning equipment is inventoried at each of our locations. We carry a full line of Billy Goat and Little Wonder blowers and edging equipment.
